Contributed material including Your Story, Letters to the Editor and Feature Articles are the copyright of Aviation Online and may not be used without express permission. Comments, posts, photographs and any material contributed to any forum on the website may not be reproduced in any form whatsoever. Aviation Online takes no responsibility to any material placed on any forum by website users.

3. Payment
All fees for Aviation Online including advertising and webhosting must be made in advance using Australia dollars. You are responsible for the payment of all charges associated with the use of fee-based services on Aviation Online. If your use of this site is terminated by Aviation Online, you will be entitled to receive a refund of any credits or pre-payments which remain unused at the time of termination unless such use is terminated because you are in breach of these terms. You will be responsible for any fees or other charges incurred by you prior to such termination. Aviation Online takes no responsibility for purchases made through the Aviation Online classified advertisements system and will not be held liable for any loss or damagage or any liability incurred by purchase of any product from our website. No warranty or guarantee is offered by Aviation Online. Aviation Online acts as a conduit between buyer and seller and all responsibility incurred through state and federal trading laws remains the responsibility of the individual buyer and seller. You may use the Aviation Online website to purchase products or services from the Aviaton Online third-party partners. In that event, your contract for such products will be with the third party partner and not with Aviation Online.

4. Term and Termination
Aviation Online may, in its discretion, terminate or suspend access to all or part of the website with or without cause by delivering notice to you. Cause of termination includes, but is not limited to, breaches of the Spam Act 2003, attempts to illegally access protected areas of the website, causing the listing of misleading, illegal, immoral or non-existent products or services, supply, distribution or the allowing of access to any material deemed as copyrighted, illegal in your jursidiction, stolen or otherwise against relevant laws governing such services in your jurisdiction.

• restrict or inhibit any other user from using the Forums.

By submitting messages to any forum you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aviation Online from all claims, costs and expenses (including legal expenses) arising out of any messages posted or published by you that are in breach of this section.
